I am a dedicated Support Coordinator and Psycho-Social Recovery Coach with a passion for empowering individuals on their NDIS journey. With over eight years of experience navigating the system and collaborating with a wide range of providers, I have developed a deep understanding of its complexities and built a strong network to connect you with the right support.

But my role goes beyond coordination—I am also a certified Coach committed to helping you build confidence, develop self-advocacy skills, and make informed decisions about your care and support. Together, we will identify your strengths, tailor your NDIS plan to your unique needs, and maximize your funding to help you achieve your goals and live a fulfilling, independent life.

Business Manager

I am passionate about ensuring NDIS participants and aged care clients receive high-quality, efficient, and sustainable support services that enable them to achieve their goals and live independently. As Business Manager, I oversee the financial and operational functions of the organisation, including accounting, invoicing, budgeting, financial reporting, and business compliance, ensuring our team can continue delivering exceptional outcomes for the people we support.

With a strong background in insurance, information technology, and business operations, I bring a practical and solutions-focused approach to managing the complexities of the disability and aged care sectors. My experience supporting individuals with medical and mental health concerns, together with an understanding of complex support needs and service transitions, allows me to balance sound business practices with a genuine commitment to participant outcomes.

I am dedicated to building strong partnerships with participants, families, providers, and stakeholders while ensuring the organisation operates efficiently, transparently, and sustainably.

Administration Manager

Terri is the friendly face behind the scenes, ensuring the day-to-day operations of the business run smoothly so participants and their families receive the highest standard of support. They bring extensive knowledge of NDIS administration, compliance, documentation, and service coordination processes.

Passionate about creating inclusive and welcoming environments, Terri is a proud LGBTQ+ advocate who believes everyone deserves to feel respected, valued, and heard. They are committed to fostering a safe and affirming experience for participants, families, and providers from all backgrounds.

From managing documentation and maintaining compliance to supporting the team with administrative systems and participant records, Terri plays a vital role in ensuring services are delivered efficiently and professionally. Their attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and commitment to continuous improvement help keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Terri understands that quality administration is about more than paperwork—it's about creating reliable systems that allow participants and support staff to focus on what matters most. They are dedicated to ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and care.

Lori Edwards   She/Her

Support Coordinator

Lori is the newest addition to our team, bringing a wealth of experience across the disability, recruitment, human resources, and business administration sectors. Having previously worked in Human Resources and Recruitment for disability service providers, she has developed a strong understanding of the NDIS landscape and the importance of connecting participants with the right people and supports.

With a background in customer service, compliance, recruitment, and business operations, Lori is passionate about building genuine relationships with participants, providers, and families. She understands that navigating the NDIS can feel overwhelming at times and is committed to making the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

Lori's strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and compassionate approach ensure participants receive personalised support tailored to their individual goals. She believes that successful support coordination is built on trust, communication, and empowering people to make informed decisions about their future.

Whether advocating on behalf of participants, connecting them with quality providers, or helping them navigate the complexities of their NDIS plan, Lori is dedicated to ensuring every person feels supported, respected, and confident throughout their journey.

Jacki Moffatt   She/Her

Support Coordinator

Jacki has an extensive history working in the disability sector in support coordination for the last 4 years.
Jacki originally started as a support worker and carries a certificate III and certificate IV in Disability Supports.

Jacki's main focus is on the participants.

She is person-centred and driven to get positive outcomes for participants. Making sure she is guided by the client's choices and decisions. Jacki is skilled at listening and advocating for the client's choice and control.

Angela Cochrane   She/Her

Support Coordinator and

Inclusive Employment Advisor

Angela is the head of our Queensland branch and is proudly based in the Goondiwindi Region of South West Queensland. She is deeply passionate about supporting individuals and families to confidently navigate the NDIS and connect with services that meet their unique needs.

Angela brings a wealth of personal insight to this role, having navigated the NDIS system herself to support the needs of her own children. She understands the emotional and practical challenges that can come with the process - and knows how valuable it is to have someone in your corner who truly gets it.

As a Support Coordinator, Angela works alongside you to help make sense of your plan, build your capacity, and connect you with trusted, local providers - from employment support to therapy and beyond. Her goal is to ensure your NDIS plan works for you in a way that is respectful, empowering, and tailored to life in a regional community.

Angela also hold a unique role as our Inclusive Employment Advisor for Queensland, where she supports people with disabilities to explore their strengths, prepare for work, and access meaningful job opportunities in their local area. With extensive experience and a genuine commitment to inclusion, Angela partners with participants, families, and employers to create long-term, community-based employment outcomes.

She works one-on-one with NDIS participants to understand their goals and skillsets, while also providing practical support to inclusive employers, including disability awareness training, workplace adjustments, and access to wage subsidies.

For Angela, this work is more than job matching - it’s about helping people with disability feel seen, valued, and supported to participate fully in work and community life.
